We are so appreciative of our employees and want to join in the Holiday spirit with a fun giveaway. All employees have a chance to win one fabulous prize each of the 12 days of Christmas by entering the form below!
We will do our first random draw on Thursday at 3 pm. The winner will be announced on the employee facebook page and will be contacted via text message (so be sure to put your cell number on the form). You only need to enter ONCE to be counted for each day!! Once you have been picked for a prize, your name will be taken out of the lottery for remaining prizes.
