1. SPONSOR

The LAA x Canes Stanley Cup VIP Viewing Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Lane & Associates Family Dentistry (“Sponsor”).

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or the National Hockey League (“NHL”). Carolina Hurricanes references and related marks are used in connection with Lane & Associates Family Dentistry’s partnership and relationship with the Carolina Hurricanes.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to eligible Lane & Associates Family Dentistry patients who are legal residents of North Carolina and meet all eligibility requirements outlined in these Official Rules.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Lane & Associates Family Dentistry, its affiliated companies, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who does not meet the requirements of these Official Rules.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must complete all of the following during the promotional period:

1. Follow @LANEDDS on Instagram.
2. Like and share the designated Giveaway post and include #LAAxCanes.
3. Post a photo showing your Caniac pride in the comments of the original Giveaway post.

Only entries that satisfy all stated requirements will be considered eligible.

Limit one entry per person. Entries submitted through automated, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorized means will be disqualified.

4. RANDOM SELECTION

Thirty (30) eligible patients will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.

Selection will be conducted by Lane & Associates Family Dentistry or its designated representative. The Sponsor’s determination of eligibility and selection will be final, subject to applicable law.

Being selected does not guarantee admission if the selected participant fails to meet all eligibility requirements or does not respond within the timeframe provided by the Sponsor.

5. PRIZE / EXPERIENCE

Each selected participant will receive an opportunity to attend a private VIP viewing of the Stanley Cup hosted by Lane & Associates Family Dentistry.

The experience may include:

• A private viewing of the Stanley Cup
• Exclusive photo opportunities
• Light hors d’oeuvres
• Meet & greets with the Official Team Dentists of the Carolina Hurricanes
• Additional event experiences as determined by the Sponsor

Event date, time, location, admission details, and any additional event requirements will be communicated directly to selected participants.

No cash or prize substitution is permitted unless determined by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an experience or prize of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its control require a substitution.

6. SELECTED PARTICIPANT NOTIFICATION

Selected participants will be contacted using the information associated with their eligible entry. Participants must respond within the timeframe specified in the notification.

If a selected participant cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required timeframe, is determined to be ineligible, or cannot comply with these Official Rules, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate eligible participant at random.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant that, in Sponsor’s reasonable determination, violates these Official Rules, tampers with the Giveaway process, provides inaccurate information, or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the integrity or proper administration of the promotion.

8. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any responsibility or liability associated with the Giveaway.

9. CONTENT & PHOTO RELEASE

By submitting a photo or other content in connection with the Giveaway, participants represent that they have the right to submit such content and that the content does not violate the rights of any third party.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that submitted content may be viewed publicly on Instagram. Any separate use of a participant’s likeness, photograph, or testimonial by Lane & Associates Family Dentistry will be subject to any applicable authorization or release requirements.

10. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used for purposes related to administering the promotion, contacting selected participants, and fulfilling the event experience, consistent with applicable privacy practices.

11. PATIENT STATUS

Participation in this Giveaway does not affect a participant’s status as a patient of Lane & Associates Family Dentistry and does not influence the treatment, care, or services provided to any patient.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES

By entering the Giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules & Regulations.

Lane & Associates Family Dentistry reserves the right to make final determinations regarding eligibility, entry validity, and administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
