Periodontist
Position Type: Full and Part-Time
Salary Range: $250,000 to $450,000 per year
Priority Locations: Raleigh, Garner, and Durham, NC (plus 40+ additional NC locations).
Lane and Associates Family Dentistry, operating over 40 locations across North Carolina since 1980, seeks a full-time or part-time periodontist. The ideal candidate will utilize cutting-edge dental technology with excellent customer service and communication abilities. The practice emphasizes independent work, strong interpersonal skills, and current knowledge of treatment methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing dental examinations and surgical procedures
- Diagnosing and treating conditions affecting gums and supporting structures
- Developing comprehensive treatment plans and providing preventative care
- Performing cosmetic surgical procedures
- Establishing programs to monitor oral health
Requirements
- Accredited U.S. Dental Program degree (DDS/DMD)
- Current state license in good standing
- Appropriate continuing education unit certifications
