Dr. Nila Veerabagu was born and raised in South Carolina. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from North Carolina State University before receiving her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She has completed a General Practice Residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she received advanced training in comprehensive dentistry, hospital dentistry, oral surgery, emergency dental care, and treatment of patients with complex medical needs. Through this residency, she was also able provide veterans with dental care at the Durham VA. Dr. Veerabagu is committed to lifelong learning and believes that continuing education is essential to providing exceptional patient care.
She has had a longtime interest in overall health and wellness. Outside of the office, Dr. Veerabagu enjoys spending time with family and friends, strength training, playing tennis, cooking, and learning Spanish. She is excited to begin this next chapter with Lane and Associates. Her goal is to provide compassionate, high-quality care that helps every patient feel comfortable and proud of their smile.
