Dr. Suma Dasari is from Cary, North Carolina and is excited to be practicing dentistry in her home state. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical and Health Sciences Engineering from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before moving to Richmond, Virginia to pursue her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. Following dental school, she returned to UNC Chapel Hill to complete a General Practice Residency, where she received advanced training in comprehensive dental care, emergency dentistry, oral surgery, anesthesia, and the treatment of medically complex patients. Dr. Dasari is passionate about providing patient-centered, conservative dental care and believes that every treatment plan should be tailored to each patient’s individual needs and goals. She strives to create a comfortable, welcoming environment where patients feel heard, informed, and confident in their care.
Outside the office, Dr. Dasari enjoys staying active and embracing a variety of creative and outdoor hobbies. She loves getting lost in thriller and fantasy novels, painting landscape scenes, and exploring new restaurants with friends. When the weather is nice, you’ll often find her spending time outdoors and enjoying North Carolina’s parks and trails. As someone who values lifelong learning and professional growth, Dr. Dasari is committed to continuing her education and staying current with advances in dentistry so she can provide the highest quality care for her patients. She is thrilled to be serving the community in North Carolina and looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients while becoming an active member of the state’s dental community.
