First, every patient receives a sealed Cash Grab Prize Envelope containing a guaranteed prize.
Then, every eligible patient is automatically entered into the $1,000 Cash Grab Grand Prize Drawing.
Three (3) $1,000 Cash Prizes will be given away at the end of September!

Every Patient Seen Between August 20th – September 30th receives ONE sealed Cash Grab Prize Envelope. Each envelope contains one of the prizes guaranteed. Patient must mention the campaign “Cash Grab” at their appointment to receive the envelope. All envelopes will be distributed after a completed appointment.

Every envelope is randomly distributed. Patients may not choose or exchange envelopes.

Prize envelopes are distributed at random.
No exchanges, substitutions, or selection of specific envelopes are permitted.
Only one envelope may be claimed per completed appointment.

Winner will be selected at random following the conclusion of the promotion and contacted using the information provided at registration.
Employees and their immediate family members are not eligible.

HIPAA & Privacy
This promotion complies with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare privacy laws. Participation does not require disclosure of protected health information. Patient information collected during appointments will only be used for scheduling, prize fulfillment, and administration of the promotion.
Federal Healthcare Program Exclusion
This promotion is not available to individuals whose dental services are reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, CHIP, or any other federal or state healthcare program. Eligibility restrictions are intended to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state healthcare laws.
Promotion Rules & Eligibility
Promotion is valid for appointments booked and completed between August 20, 2026 and September 30, 2026.
Patients must complete their scheduled appointment during the promotional period to qualify for participation.
Patients must mention the campaign “Cash Grab” in office to receive their guaranteed prize Cash Grab envelope
Each eligible patient will receive one (1) sealed Cash Grab prize envelope following their completed appointment.
Each Cash Grab envelope contains one (1) instant-win prize, which may include an Amazon Gift Card, Visa® Gift Card, Carolina Hurricanes Ticket Voucher, Durham Bulls Ticket Voucher, Gas Voucher, Back-to-School Voucher, or Grocery Voucher.
All guaranteed prizes will be distributed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days following completion of the campaign and verification of eligibility.
Guaranteed prizes may include an Amazon Gift Card, Visa® Gift Card, Carolina Hurricanes Ticket Voucher, Durham Bulls Ticket Voucher, Gas Voucher, Back-to-School Voucher, or Grocery Voucher.
Gift cards and vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing company.
Cash Grab prize envelopes are distributed at random. Patients may not select, exchange, or request a specific prize envelope.
Only one (1) Cash Grab prize envelope may be received per completed appointment during the promotional period.
Every eligible patient who completes an appointment during the promotional period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the LAA $1,000 Cash Grab Giveaway.
No additional purchase, social media participation, referral, or additional entry is required to be entered into the $1,000 Cash Grab Giveaway.
The $1,000 Cash Grab winner will be selected at random following the conclusion of the promotion and will be announced on Monday, October 5, 2026.
The $1,000 Cash Grab winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of registration or appointment.
If the selected winner cannot be reached within seven (7) calendar days of the initial notification, Lane & Associates Family Dentistry reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Guaranteed prizes must be claimed according to the instructions provided with the prize. Gift cards and vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing company.
Prizes have no cash value unless otherwise specified and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
Lane & Associates Family Dentistry reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Patients may be required to provide valid contact information to receive prizes and participate in the Cash Grab Giveaway.
Lane & Associates Family Dentistry reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who violates these rules, attempts to manipulate the promotion, or submits fraudulent or duplicate information.
It is the responsibility of the patient to receive their Cash Grab prize envelope upon completion of their appointment. Please be sure to follow-up with office staff!
