Dr. Oscar Jaimes is a Wilson, North Carolina native and graduate of East Carolina University’s School of Dental Medicine. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from UNC Chapel Hill and spent two years conducting cancer research through UNC’s Pharmacy School before pursuing dentistry.
Now living in Winterville with his longtime girlfriend Caroline, a physician assistant, Dr. Jaimes enjoys the outdoors, traveling, playing sports, and spending time with their two cats Cheddar, and Maggie. He is also an active volunteer with a Wilson-based nonprofit that supports Hispanic students pursuing higher education. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Jaimes has a strong personal interest in archaeology and current archaeological discoveries.
