Dr. Karen White

D.D.S.

Dr. Karen White graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Michigan in 1976 and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS) from Howard University College of Dentistry in 1980. She has been in practice for nearly 40 years and joined the Lane & Associates Team in late 2019. Dr. White is a past member of the American Dental Association and a current member of the Academy of General Dentistry.  

In her time away from the office, Dr. White loves spending time with her daughters Danielle, Melissa, and Jessica. She also enjoys walking her two dogs, hiking, reading, and is currently writing a novel. Dr. White also regularly volunteers at her church and enjoys helping out with Sunday School.

“I’m coming to this practice with a great hope of becoming an asset to the dental group. I will be starting a new chapter in my life and hopefully have a new dental family. I have been in practice for 39 years and I have seen how dentistry has evolved over time. I love my work and have met a lot of interesting people along the way. I have opened and sold two practices in my career. One in an urban setting of Detroit and the other in a rural setting in Iowa. I love both the people and the change in culture. I feel coming to this practice will begin another new chapter in my life.”
