What is a Smile Squad, you ask? It’s a Volunteer Incentive Program for all Lane & Associates and NCOSO Employees! We value and appreciate all of our volunteers for fairs, festivals, employee appreciation events, outreach, and even when they go above and beyond. So to show our appreciation, we are offering a new points system where all volunteers will receive points based on how many hours they volunteer at upcoming events!

We will be dividing the hours into levels. Please see the items you could win through volunteering below!

Level 1 = 10 Points
Level 2 = 20 Points
Level 3 = 30 Points
Level 4 = 40 Points
Level 5 = 50 Points
Level 6 = 60 Points
