Rules & Regulations:
- Must be a Patient of Lane & Associates Family Dentistry or NC Oral Surgery + Orthodontics to be eligible to win.
- Must be 18 years or older to enter to win. If your child is the patient, give your email address and parent information in the Comments section.
- One submission per patient. If you have multiple patients within your family you may enter more than once with each patient’s name.
- Contest runs from Monday, Dec. 9th to Thursday, Dec. 12th. All entries must be submitted by Thursday at 5 PM.
- Tickets are for the showing on Sunday, December 15th at 5 PM. If you are unable to make this showing please do not enter the giveaway.
- Drawing will be random and the winner will be contacted via email and text message. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, tickets will be redrawn until a winner responds.
- We reserve the right to alter these rules as needed.
