1. **Eligibility:** The Lane and Associates Cash Grab contest is open to the general public in North Carolina who are patients at Lane & Associates, except for employees, agents, contractors, subsidiaries, and affiliates of Lane & Associates Family Dentistry, participating sponsors, their immediate families, and household members. All participants must be 18 years or older to be eligible to win or claim the prize, but a parent can enter on behalf of a child.

2. **Contest Entry:** Participants must schedule their appointment and be seen during the month of September for entry into the Cash Grab. Appointments can be scheduled either online via the form at the bottom of our page or by calling our promotions hotline. Only appointments and visits during the month of September will qualify for entry.

3. **Validity:** This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions and is void where prohibited by law. Other restrictions may apply.

4. **Gift Cards & Prizes:** Patients who schedule and attend an appointment during September will receive one entry into the Cash Grab and a $10 Amazon gift card at their first appointment. Mentioning the “Cash Grab” campaign during the appointment scheduling process is necessary to receive the gift card.  There are three grand prizes included in this contest with each valued at $1,000. All prizes are awarded “as is.” Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other trips, prizes, or cash.

5. **Contest Period:** The contest ends on September 30th. The prize giveaway and the official drawing will be held on Wednesday, October 4th.

6. **Winner Notification:** Contest winners must claim their prize within 48 hours of notification, or the winnings will be forfeited.

7. **Changes to Rules:** Lane and Associates reserves the right to change the contest rules or dates at any time.

8. **Federal Health Insurance Recipients:** This offer is not available to any recipient of Federal Health Insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare, as mandated by Federal Statute 42 U.S.C. 1320a-7b(b).

9. **Liability Release:** By participating in the Lane and Associates Cash Grab contest, participants release Lane & Associates Family Dentistry, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

10. **Privacy:** Information collected from participants is subject to Lane & Associates Family Dentistry’s privacy policy.

11. **Governing Law:** The contest is governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina.

12. **Appointment Process:** Participants can schedule their appointment online via the form at the bottom of our page or call our promotions hotline to schedule. Appointments must be scheduled and attended during the month of September to qualify for entry into the Cash Grab.
