Rules & Regulations:

Must be a Patient of Lane & Associates Family Dentistry or NC Oral Surgery + Orthodontics to be eligible to win.
Must be 18 years or older to enter to win. If your child is the patient, give your email address and parent information in the Comments section.
One submission per patient. If you have multiple patients within your family you may enter more than once with each patient’s name.
Contest runs from Monday, Dec. 9th to Thursday, Dec. 12th. All entries must be submitted by Thursday at 5 PM.
Tickets are for the showing on Sunday, December 15th at 5 PM. If you are unable to make this showing please do not enter the giveaway.
Drawing will be random and the winner will be contacted via email and text message. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, tickets will be redrawn until a winner responds.
We reserve the right to alter these rules as needed.
