Everyone at the office is absolutely amazing! My 5 year old and I both had our cleanings yesterday. The whole team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and knew what was happening.

This was my second visit to Lane & Associates in Cary and I was again very pleased. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygienist and doctor were very accommodating and pleasantly gently and nice. I even missed my appointment by an hour and they took me in that same day with no late fee! Would recommend this office to anyone and everyone!

The office was able to see me on fairly short notice. All staff were extremely polite and informative. They listened to and supported my concerns and came up with a treatment plan that worked for me. I’m grateful! Dr. Pal has a very calming voice and wonderful bedside manner.

Heard about you guys as I’m a season ticket holder and Canes fan. Seen you guys with the advertisement and support for the local teams.I have been to previous dental offices but this one is definitely the best I’ve had. Clean, welcoming, easy to find, great office staff, etc. They explained the stuff to me, the procedures, helped with any needs necessary, we’re all funny and had great conversations, Etc. they all deserve a pay raise in my opinion. At LEAST honored for the work they do it seems on a daily basis as I was there 2 times in 1 week (had a procedure done). Thank you again Dr. Pal, Alanna, Cameron, and Ruth as I plan on coming back here for any dental needs in the future and recommending this location 🙂 - last but not least. GO CANES!!!

I have never liked a dentist visit until 6 months ago and again today. I highly recommend Dr Pal and her staff. They are friendly and fun. The atmosphere is relaxing. No discomfort. Informative. Painless. I have the most reassuring feeling that my daughter and I are in good hands after our cleanings.
