Dr. Rana Barakat was born and raised in North Carolina before moving to Boston, MA in 2019.  She earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Boston University School of Dentistry in 2024. Dr. Barakat currently resides in Cary, NC and loves spending time with family & friends, including her cat, Zatar, who believes he is the true ruler of the household.

Some of her favorite hobbies include weight lifting, yoga, traveling, shopping, pickleball, basketball, reading, and eating healthy. Dr. Barakat is  passionate about dentistry and plans on taking additional training in Invisalign, implant dentistry, and molar root canals. “Being the best dental provider I can be for you is my top priority!”
