Lane & Associates has partnered with Wake Tech to launch North Carolina’s first community college dental assistant apprenticeship program.
To kick-off the program, the maiden class includes 15 students in Wake Tech’s Dental Assisting program. The students and their families were hosted for a formal signing ceremony to commemorate this moment in North Carolina dental education.
This program will help students gain clinical experience while they complete their education. The apprentices will work directly with dental practices, allowing them to get hands-on training, direct mentorship, and get paid while they build experience in the field.
