Dr. William H. Temple
Dr. William Temple graduated from dental school at the Medical University of South Carolina in 2011 and accepted a commission into the U.S. Army Dental Corps. After completing a year one Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at Fort Jackson, SC, he was assigned as the 1st Brigade Dental Surgeon with the 3rd Infantry Division at Ft. Stewart, GA for two years. His residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery was completed at Eisenhower Army Medical Center from 2014-2018.
Dr. Temple enjoys doing all facets of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery but finds particular satisfaction in performing implant dentistry, orthognathic (corrective jaw) surgery, cosmetic procedures, and repair of traumatic facial injuries.
Dr. Temple and his family have fallen in love with this part of the country after having moved four times previously with the Army. Currently, Dr. Temple lives in Southern Pines and is very happy to call it home for their growing family.
Dr. Temple is a visiting NCOSO Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to our offices at Lane & Associates and we are happy to have him on board.

Graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine with his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
Oral Surgery Training
Received his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Training Certificate from Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center.
Joined Team Lane
Began working at Lane & Associates Family Dentistry as a visiting NCOSO Oral Surgeon in multiple locations.
